1. We ensure goods delivery at once when payment is confirmed by our bank.
2. We ensure goods will be delivered by the most cost effective and safe way. Normally we use DHL. For bulk order, we suggest By Air. And make sure the invoice is declared after confirming with clients to save unnecessary troubles.
3. We ensure each device, either a sample or 100 devices or more, are fully tested (including all the functions) in factory before delivery to clients. No any faulty device shall be sent out.
4. We ensure each client has full access to the GPS Tracker and GPS Tracking Platform. Control, monitor and management are all included.
5. We ensure each client gets immediate support to solve any problem upcoming. We urge on all our sales and technical people to put customer service at first priority.
6. We keep on improving our hardware and software quality and endurance to make them stand out in the fierce competitions.
